Campbelltown wrestler Billie Kay transformation to WWE figurine
Lighting up television screens across the globe, Campbelltown’s Jessica McKay’s transformation from budding basketball star to wrestling action hero with her own figurine is complete.
The 28-year-old, better known as superstar Billie Kay, has more than 650,000 followers across all social media channels with her femme fatale role as one half of duo Iconic.

The former Westfields Sports High School student, who debuted as a wrestler on her 18th birthday, said the journey to becoming a WWE darling and figurine action hero had been incredible.
“It’s so crazy. I had scans done earlier last year and when I saw the picture of my figure — I was in absolute shock,” she said. “I have worked so hard to get to where I am and I’m so grateful to be where I am.”

The wrestling figurine, released in October, prompted McKay to share with her Instagram followers: “I honestly don’t have any words for how I am feeling right now.”
Based in the US, McKay said the launch of her own figurine doll triggered memories of watching WWE with her brother at her Campbelltown home.
“It made me think of all of my WWE figurines growing up,” she said. “Of course all of them were The Rock — and how they inspired me when I was a kid, so I really hope my figure can do the same.”
McKay said The Rock — also known as Hollywood star Dwayne Johnson — had been a long-term inspiration.
“For me, when I saw The Rock, with his music hit, when he spoke on the microphone, when he performed in the ring, the way he would pull with the electricity he had was something I was immediately drawn to,” she said.

In the male-dominated profession, McKay said the sport was paving the way for females.
“I think WWE has been at the forefront for empowering women and it’s been incredible to watch,” she said.
